The rear extension replaced a dilapidated conservatory, creating a large and open plan living space for a kitchen, diner and TV area. We installed electric Velux roof windows, a vaulted ceiling for extra light and space and a new kitchen to include Quartz worktops, luxury vinyl flooring and anthracite grey aluminium sliding doors to the patio.
The double storey extension to the side has given our clients an extra space for a home gym and on the first floor, a large master bedroom with en-suite shower room.
We also installed complete new central heating throughout, amending electrics and lighting to suit.
