A stunning rear and side extension converts a neglected conservatory into a large, airy, open-plan living area, featuring a new kitchen, dining area, and TV space. We fitted an electric Velux roof window, added a vaulted ceiling for enhanced light and space, and incorporated a Howden’s kitchen, complete with Quartz worktops, luxury vinyl flooring, and anthracite grey aluminium sliding doors leading to the patio.

The double-storey extension to the side has provided our clients with additional space for a home gym and, on the first floor, a spacious master bedroom complete with an en-suite shower room. We also installed new central heating throughout, adjusting the electrics and lighting accordingly.
